Does Smart Upsell work with Shopify's native checkout?
Yes. Post-purchase offers use Shopify's Checkout Extensibility API and are fully compliant with Shopify's checkout rules.

Will it slow down my store?
No. The app loads asynchronously and does not block the critical rendering path of any page.

Can I show different offers to different customer segments?
Yes — use customer tag targeting to create segment-specific offers. See the Guides section in the sidebar.

Does it support multiple currencies?
Yes. Discounts are applied in the customer's active currency using Shopify Markets.

What happens if a customer declines the upsell?
Nothing — the checkout they already completed is unaffected. The upsell is always optional.
